How Booking Works

1. You reach out — Call/text (256)434-1057 to request a Call Back

Granny calls you back — we'll talk through your schedule, your location, how many heads need checking, and anything special (wiggly toddlers, sensory needs, uncooperative kids — it all matters).3. We lock it in — once we've agreed on a day and time that works.4. $50 deposit — I'll text you a private payment link (PayPal — credit and debit cards welcome, no PayPal account needed).
The deposit comes straight off your final total.

Pricing

Family screening: $50 — waived if treatment goes ahead
Lice/nit removal: $85/hour (one-hour minimum)Emergency screening: $75 — waived if treatment goes ahead
Emergency removal: $125/hour (one-hour minimum)Extra time billed to the nearest 15 minutes.

Deposit policy

The $50 deposit reserves your appointment and comes off your final bill — it's not an extra fee.
Cancel or reschedule with 24+ hours notice: full refund or move to a new appointment — your choice.
Under 24 hours notice or no-show: deposit is forfeited.Payment Options: PayPal, Credit, Debit.
We do not accept Checks, Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App.

Travel Minimums

Within 25 miles: one-hour ($85) minimum
25–50 miles: two-hour ($170) minimum

Hours

Standard appointments:
Monday–Thursday, 8 AM–5 PM
Emergency appointments: Monday–Thursday, 5 PM–9 PM
Sunday, 7 AM– 5 PM
Closed Friday and Saturday for the Biblical Sabbath
